Our cabanas on Long Caye at Glover's Reef, Belize

 

Updated prices, dates, and all itinerary changes are finalized by June of each year for the season starting the following November. Bookings for Adventure Island at Glover's Reef and Belize Adventure Week packages that are received prior to new prices being finalized for the 2013-2014 season will receive confirmation at the 2012-2013 season rate for all trip dates except Christmas season dates, see note below. Reservations are confirmed with a $450 per person deposit.

We don't confirm Christmas/New Year's trips (marked with * below) at the current year's prices because we could sell those seats 5 times over. We wait until one season has ended to set prices for the next; we can then analyze costs for the entire just-finished season. Those who book for Christmas/New Years period trips prior to the next season's dates being finalized (will be during the month of June 2013) will pay the new rate if there is one. We guarantee that they will not be raised more than 10%.

 

We also reserve the right to make changes in itinerary and other facets of all trips at the end of the 2012-2013 season. Payment of deposit for a trip prior to when itinerary details are finalized (will be during the month of June 2013) implies acceptance of all itinerary changes for the 2013-2014 season. No itinerary changes will be drastic. There is a possibility that some of the 2013-2014 listed dates may become unavailable until finalized, there is also a possibility that new dates or new itineraries may be added. We will not cancel a trip for which we have already accepted a deposit.
