Amazing friend getaway in Belize

An amazing eco friendly island resort with some of the best under water scenery I’ve ever experienced. The staff is incredible and worked with our group of 19 women to always have fun activities and lots of options for everyone. This is a great spot for friend or family reunions, retreats or just to get away and be transported to a beautiful aquarium. The kayaking, wind surfing and surf kayaking were also a blast. Really something for anyone.

Don’t hesitate, just go! We were a large group of women friends and Slickrock, Phil, and the whole above-and-beyond wonderful staff supported our vision and experience in a warm, responsive, and 100% gracious way for the entire week+. This was a Top 3 vacation of my life, hands down. It’s a fantastic place to commune with nature, unplug, and play, rest, and connect deeply. Fantastic rustic facilities, over-the-top access to the ocean and toys/activities of all kinds, amazing homemade food, and diving if you want that. It’d also be great for groups of families with kids of all ages. Bring headlamps, snorkeling gear, and a appetite for adventure.

I’ve never cried leaving a vacation until
this past week leaving our incredibly wonderful SlickRock adventure. Every part was awesome. We all LOVED the love infused food, our ocean wise guides, felt so safe exploring the reef with the wild life, our sea facing cabins and accommodations. The outstanding adventures included: snorkeling in the most beautiful reef areas , paddle-boarding, sea kayaking, boating back from the island we paddled to and so much more.Seeing each sunrise and sunset, the gorgeous tropical views. Paradise on your own tropical island!

This was our 4th visit to Slickrock over past 15 years. Has a new owner however everything is still great. The best snorkeling in the Carribean, wonderful fresh home cooked food, great bone fishing, huge variety of things to do with kayaking, surfing, surf kayaking, windsurfing. One of the few places in the wold where you can get away from your phone, the internet, news and the rest of the world. The guests safety with all the activities is a priority and everything is quite professional and organized.
