The diverse island menu caters to all palates, offering options for fish, chicken, pork, and vegetarian preferences, including choices for those with vegan and gluten-free diets. This is a private island with no other dining options, so please let us know in advance if you have dietary restrictions so that we can plan accordingly. To complement your meals, a fully stocked fridge with Belikin beer and soda ensures your island getaway is complete with refreshing sips at all times.
All meals are served in the Dining Hall. As you dine, soak in the breathtaking views of the lagoon and neighboring island. The vibrant open-air atmosphere with solar-powered amenities creates the perfect setting for unforgettable culinary experiences and sharing your day’s adventures. Engage in captivating talks on topics like coral reefs, fish identification, and Caribbean pirates, and after dinner, enjoy games and island music before retiring to your beachfront cabanas. Start your day with a fresh selection of Belizean favorites. This includes yogurt and homemade granola in addition to what is listed on the menu. On the trip’s second and final day, breakfast will be at Pelican Beach Resort.
Lunch features a refreshing selection of satisfying options, such as a salad, entree, carbohydrates, and light dessert. This balanced midday meal will energize you for the rest of the day’s adventures!
Dinner typically includes one appetizer, one entrée (fish, chicken, or pork), two side dishes including fresh vegetables and carbohydrates, and dessert. Fresh homemade bread and salads are often served as part of the meal. The first-night dinner will be at Pelican Beach Resort.
Drinks are always available, including pure water, fresh-squeezed orange juice, soda, coffee, tea, and Belikin beer. Liquor is not available on the island, but we allow you to bring it from the duty free store. There’s also no ice available on the island.
